Returns & Refund Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase from us. However, if you're not happy with your order, we accept refunds for online orders. Please note our refund policy applies to online purchases only and not to items purchased in-store. 


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date that the item is received. Please note that return costs are at the buyers expense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
​ We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

Please inform us by email if you are returning an item and we can give you a returns number to put with the parcel.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the return postage of the products. We would strongly recommend that all returns are sent to us by Tracked Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for re-sale.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the policy of your card issuer. 

Any postage paid will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
